The products offered in the online store are design and/or handmade pieces.
Each product includes a detailed description of its characteristics, materials, dimensions, and final price, including taxes.
Due to the artisanal nature of some products, there may be slight variations from the images shown, which will not be considered a defect but an inherent characteristic of the manufacturing process.
4. Prices
All prices indicated on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current legislation.
Palais des Vents reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
5. Purchase Process
To make a purchase, the user must:
1. Select the desired product.
2. Add it to the cart.
3. Complete the purchase process by providing the requested information.
4. Confirm the order and make payment.
Once the process is complete, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
6. Payment Methods
Order payments are made through the payment gateways enabled in the store, securely managed by Shopify Payments or other authorized providers.
Palais des Vents does not store or have access to the customer's bank or card details.
7. Shipping
Shipments will be made to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability, especially for custom-made or handcrafted pieces.
Palais des Vents is not responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control (transport, logistical incidents, force majeure, etc.).
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in legally exempted cases.
For a return to be accepted:
- The product must be in perfect condition.
- It must not have been used or damaged.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Personalized products or those made specifically to order are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the law.
Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product has a defect or error attributable to Palais des Vents.
9. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All contents of the website (texts, images, designs, logos, brands, etc.) are the property of Palais des Vents or authorized third parties, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
