Shipping
Orders placed with Palais des Vents are processed once payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on product availability.
For handmade or made-to-order items, preparation time may be longer, which will be indicated on the product page.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a notification with the relevant information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the purchase process and are displayed before completing the order.
Palais des Vents is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as logistical or transport issues.
Returns
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted:
- The product must be in perfect condition.
- It must not have been used or damaged.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Excluded Products
Customized or specially made-to-order products are excluded from the right of return, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to Palais des Vents.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
